What happens when you get two wannabe hippy kids together? They try to make their own utopia in the woods.

Hopefully we will be able to document our path beginning with 40 acres of Ozark mountain forest to a happy retirement cabin.

Along the way we hope to share our experiences. Good or bad they will be here. There will be a cabin blog dedicated strictly to the building of our little homestead. We will each have our own rant section for what ever we wish to discuss. And make sure you check out the photo gallery.

Update on the cabin. It is cold, thus work has started on the south wing. A wood stove has been purchased and our little 8x8 cabin will be a 24x8 cabin shortly.
